Overhead Squats
Choose a weight that you can manage all sets with sound technique but that still challenges you.
A. 2 sets of 5 reps- 3 sec down, 1 sec up
B. 2 sets of 5 reps- same tempo but with a 3 sec pause at bottom and top.
C. 2 sets of 5 reps- 3 sec down, half way up, all the way down, fast up.
*All sets to be completed from the rack.
