Build in load over the course of the 6 sets.

In teams of two, alternating complete rounds, perform as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
6 Power Snatches 60/40
8 BOBs

EXTRAS:

With MU- 3x ME sets Ring MU
Without- accumulate 10-20 negative MU. (Jump into the muscle ip position & slowing work down to bottom position
Or
Accumulate 20 GOOD QUALITY false grip ring rows and 20 GOOD QUALITY ring dips/eccentric ring dips.
